These are exciting times at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church! It is hard to believe that it has been three years since we held our original Remember, Renew, Rebuild and Recommit campaign, with the goal of constructing a Family Life Center and removing the modular buildings.
When we began the campaign in 2013, we stated that it would be necessary to have a second part of the campaign to pay off the remainder of the construction loan. To help us address this, we have embarked on Part Two of the campaign entitled The Vision Continues…Remember, Renew, Rebuild & Recommit Capital Campaign. In addition to paying off the remainder of the construction loan, we are excited to be able to include the installation of new pews in the church to this campaign.
Every registered parishioner should have received a campaign brochure either through attending a campaign reception or in the mail. If you did not receive one, please call the parish office or you can download the brochure below. We ask that everyone give their fullest attention and cooperation to the efforts of this campaign, as it is vital to our mission here at St. Clare of Assisi.
All parishioners are asked to offer their sacrificial gifts of stewardship and prayer in order to ensure our success in The Vision Continues…Remember, Renew, Rebuild & Recommit Capital Campaign.
Equal Sacrifice, Not Equal Giving
Imagine what we could do if everyone that calls St. Clare home did what they are able for the campaign? We have received pledges of every size and we will need everyone to participate to the best of their ability in order to be successful.
If you and your family have not yet considered your pledge we ask that you please do so soon, keeping in mind that all gifts, no matter the size, are needed and greatly appreciated. The campaign is based on equal sacrifice, not equal giving.
Why is Pledging Important?
- A pledge allows you to consider a gift that would otherwise not seem possible.
- A pledge makes payments less of a burden than a one-time gift.
- A pledge gives the parish an accurate estimate for future planning.Your pledge is a statement of your intent to give to the best of your ability. It is not legally binding. We know that when you make your pledge, you will do your best to fulfill it. A 10% down payment is encouraged but not necessary.
- If you would like to make a pledge, you can download a pledge card here. You may return your pledge card in the mail, by dropping it off at the parish office or putting it in the offertory basket. Direct debit is available and you can set it up by completing an EFT form and returning it with your pledge.
