Faith Formation Registration

This year we are excited to announce that all catechetical material for our programs will be available for monthly take-home. To join us, please fill out the form below and keep an eye out for more information in your inbox.
Programs available for registration on this form are:

ARISE- preK 3- 5th grade
IMPACT- 6th- 8th grade
THRIVE- 9th-12th grade

Adults are also welcome to register for a special Advent Edition Emmaus Kit.

The registration fee per child for each of the programs listed above is $55. Sacramental Preparation registration fees (listed below) will be collected together with Faith Formation registration. All sacramental prep programs will begin in the Spring semester. All registration fees must be submitted to the Parish Office for registration to be considered complete.

Special Edition LENTEN Emmaus Kit- For Adults

We are excited to announce that any adults who would like to join in on the fun as we enter into this Lenten season can sign up for a special edition of the Emmaus Kits by using the registration form below!* Registration for these Lenten Emmaus Kits is $20 and sign-ups will close 2/15. The Kits will be distributed in the Narthex after all masses the weekend of 2/20-2/21. Please contact Sandra or Madeleine if you are unable to attend any of these masses.
