The 2023 Archdiocesan Junior High Youth Rally is just a little over a month away! We are so excited to gather together again with the young church on February 18, 2023 at Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, The Woodlands. This event is all-day, starting from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.
How do I register?
Register online on St. Clare’s website by filling out the online form (under construction). A COVID waiver, which can be found below, will also need to be printed, filled out and turned in. The registration fee must be paid via cash or check and dropped off to the St. Clare Parish Office.
How much is the Archdiocesan registration fee?
The early rally registration fee for St. Clare Parishioners is $75, and is due on February 1, 2023. Participants should register with their home parish.
What is included in the registration fee?
All activities and sessions, Saturday entertainment, T-shirt, lunch, dinner, and transportation for St. Clare Parishioners.
Do chaperones have to pay?
We need one chaperone for every 6 kids. St. Clare chaperones do not pay a fee.
Will participants need additional money?
The youth may want to bring a few dollars for Mass Offering, souvenirs merchandise, and extra snacks.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, substitutions may be made. If the rally is canceled, participant may be refunded their full or partial registration.
What are the COVID-19 Protocols?
The OACE in conjunction with the host parish will follow the current Archdiocesan policies for parishes along with CDC and Montgomery County guidelines.
Who may attend the Archdiocesan Junior High Youth Rally?
Sixth through eighth graders are invited to attend the rally! The Archdiocesan Junior High Youth Rally is developmentally appropriate for early adolescents. Participants younger than 6th grade and older than 8th grade will not be permitted to attend the Archdiocesan Junior High Youth Rally.
Who may chaperone the Archdiocesan Junior High Youth Rally?
Individuals must be at least 21 years or older and have been cleared through the Safe Environment/CMG Safe Haven Program to be considered a chaperone for the Archdiocesan Junior High Youth Rally. There must be at least one adult for every six early adolescents in attendance. Please review all Chaperone Policies and Procedures found in the Office of Adolescent Catechesis and Evangelization Archdiocesan Handbook.

What time is check-in and registration?
Rally check-in will begin at 10:30 am at Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church. We plan to take a bus with St. Helen and St. Bernadette and will meet early at St. Helen’s in Pearland to board the bus. Pick-up will be at St. Helen’s as well. Drop-off and pick-up time information will be available closer to the date.
When will we receive the rally t-shirts?
T-shirts will be given to the parish contact at the registration table. Most people like to wear their T-shirt over their clothes for the day.
What should we bring to the rally?
We provide lunch and dinner. If you have dietary restrictions, and/or would want more snacks, drinks, etc., you may want to bring those as well.
Donation Items:
Youth will be asked to bring items that will support our service projects. A note will go out to the participants a few days prior to the event.
